Each Client is provided with a personal in-home evaluation and safety assessment to build an individualized care plan to fit any special needs they may have. Each assessment considers the client’s physical health, mental health, functional ability and quality of life issues including social activities, while promoting independence, dignity and peace of mind. Our in-home safety assessment identifies potential environmental hazards and a recommendation of how to reduce or eliminate those hazards. This ensures out clients get the most out of their time with Professional Parent Care.
Our Home Health Aides provide:
- Assistance with personal care and daily activities
- Meal planning and preparation
- Personal transportation (shopping, appointments and errands)
24/7 Programs provide:

Security and safety issues are thoroughly monitored during the day and night, this includes, medication schedules, toileting and personal care needs
In addition to our Home Health Aides and 27/4 Program, Our Certified Nursing Assistants provide:
- Assistance with bathing and showering
- Specialized transfers
- Medication assistance
- Minor wound care
- Assistance with Morning/Bedtime Preparation and Activities
- Laundry and Light Housekeeping
- Appointment Scheduling
- Visiting Friends, Family, Wedding, Sporting Events and Concerts
