We know that during your selection of caregiver, you will have many questions that need immediate answers. We are here to answer any and all questions that you may have. To provide you with fast and convenient answer to few of those questions please read below.
+What payment options do I have?If services are covered by long term care insurance or V.A. benefits, we can bill them directly. Otherwise, we will bill the paying party on a semi-monthly basis. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover charges. Invoices are due upon receipt.

+Are your employees bonded and insured?
Yes, all of PPC’s employees are bonded and insured. They work directly with us and we assume all responsibility for their taxes, benefits, workers compensation and insurance.
+How soon can service typically start?
Services can begin within 24-48 hours depending upon when the Personalized Assessment is completed. Occasionally, we can start the same day. In some cases a deposit will be required. More information will be given to you at the time of the assessment.
+What if I no longer need the service?
Hours can increase and decrease as needed. We request a 48 hour notice to end services so we have time to move the care givers to other assignments.
+What is the cost?
Rest assured – PPC’s services are affordable. An initial phone call can generate an estimate depending on the services requested. Specific prices are determined after the Personalized Assessment is completed.
+What if we want to go on a trip, can the Staff come with us?
Yes, our staff can make day trips or extend services for the entire length of your vacation.
+I want my Mom to come home from the nursing home twice a week; can I have someone help me?
Yes, just call (800) 227-9553 with the days and times and we will arrange for help during those days and hours.
+What is attendant care?
Attendant care is a general term used to describe a caregiver who goes into the home to care for a loved one.
