About Us
Better Communication = Better Care
Professional Parent Care is a trusted private duty home care company. We have assisted thousands of Michigan families facing the added responsibilities of caring for those who may be recovering in their own home from illness, injury or just getting older. We take pride in our network of experienced, compassionate professionals. Each member of our staff is highly skilled at caring for older adults during virtually every stage of life, wherever they call “home”. We have continued to exceed the demands of our clients and the families who have placed their loved ones in our care since 1977.
Being successful in this business is all about trust and our highest priority is to make our clients and families feel as comfortable as possible. To achieve that result, 100% of both our clinical and administrative staff is employed directly; we do not use independent contractors and everybody in the company is insured and bonded. Each employee has passed a rigorous screening process including thorough background checks for both criminal and driving offenses. Our field staff is also required to attend an annual training session and must certify their skills to work with our clients.
Meet the Team
We strive to recruit, hire and train the finest professional caregivers available to deliver high quality services at value added pricing. Our goal is to provide independence, dignity and peace of mind to our clients and families.
