To achieve that result, 100% of both our clinical and administrative staff is employed directly; we do not use independent contractors and everybody in the company is insured and bonded. Each employee has passed a rigorous screening process including thorough background checks for both criminal and driving offenses. Our field staff is also required to attend an annual training session and must certify their skills to work with our clients.
